If you find that you bought the wrong product, please contact the support team within 30 days after purchase and ask to exchange it for the correct one.

If these two programs vary in price, please re-purchase the correct program within 30 days and then forward the order receipt to the Service Team, and we will refund you the wrong order.

With the trial version, you can only download 3 songs for each service. After you purchase the paid version, such limitations are removed, but for each streaming service, there's a 300 download cap per day to prevent your streaming account from being blocked by the streaming provider.

Yes, now our products are sold as Yearly subscription licenses and Lifetime licenses. You can purchase it per your need.

As for how to activate/authorize MusicFab:

  • Start up MusicFab and get into the main interface of MusicFab, click on Menu button(☴) at the top-right corner of MusicFab screen.
  • Find "Authorize" to enter your registered email and its password at Member Center to activate/authorize MusicFab on the computer.

1. Please provide some information in order for us to find the order:

- Reference number of the order (you can find it in the receipt/invoice);

- The wrong email address used in the order;

- Registered name for the product;

- A screenshot of the charge.

2. Tell us the new email you want to change to.

1. You can deauthorize MusicFab from your current PC and then authorize MusicFab with your account and email on a new one.

2. You may contact us on Ticket System at https://musicfab.org/support.htm and then we can help you remove the authorization history of your account.

A Single-User License can be used to authorize the product(s) on one computer.

To get your license to run on more PCs, you can log in to Member Center at https://musicfab.org/member.htm with your account, click on the "License Authorizations" on the navigation pane, and then scroll down the page to choose a Multi-Computer License.

There are two options:

  • 3-Computer License ($29.99)
  • 5-Computer License ($49.99)
  1. Make sure you used the correct email to authorize the program.
  1. Make sure you have purchased the correct version of the product you need - Windows/Mac.
  1. Make sure you entered the correct password. You may click "Forgot Password" on the authorization screen to reset the password.

Please sign in to the Member Center at https://musicfab.org/member.htm and click View My Products.

After the payment is successful, you'll receive a registration email that will tell you how to use it.

Please apply MusicFab Uninstaller to uninstall first, or use the "Add/Remove Programs" feature in your "Control Panel" to uninstall the program.

Then open My Computer and go to C:\Program Files (OR) wherever you installed MusicFab and go to Documents under drive C to manually delete the entire MusicFab Folder.

Yes. Our product is sold as "try-before-you-buy" software. You can evaluate it for 30 days for free and verify MusicFab in full functionality.

Each service allows you to download 3 songs during the free trial period. Please download and install MusicFab at https://musicfab.org/download.htm to have a try.

Currently, 10 streaming servcies are supported, including Spotify, Amazon Music, Apple Music, TIDAL, Deezer, YouTube Music, Audible, SoundCloud, LINE MUSIC, and dhits, more are to be supported in the future.

Take the Amazon Music Downloader for example:

  • Open MusicFab and select Amazon Music Downloader.
  • Choose and play a single song, playlist or album you like. MusicFab will automatically start analyzing the song.
  • At the analysis pop-up window, select the songs and output format and click Download Now.
  • Wait as the download progresses.

You can click https://musicfab.org/download.htm to directly download and install the latest version of MusicFab to get an update.

For most music streaming services, yes. However, there are free streaming services that allow users to stream for free, in that case, MusicFab does not require a streaming account either.

Yes. MusicFab can download and save the lyrics.

Music downloaded via MusicFab are DRM-free, which means, you can play then on any device you want, completely offline without any restrictions.

No. The output files downloaded by MusicFab are totally ads-free, no matter what streaming account you have, ad-free or ad-supported tier.

Each authorized MusicFab account (not license) has a daily download quota of 300 from each supported streaming service.

This prevents the account from being blocked by the streaming providers. The quota count resets every day at 00:00:00, and is shared between multiple PCs using the same authorized account.

Please delete the folder "taskdata" at C:\Users\xxx\Documents\MusicFab\MusicFab\taskdata

Please delete these two folders and then run MusicFab to try again to see if this helps:
