  1. What to do when I purchase the wrong products?

If you find that you bought the wrong product, please contact the support team within 30 days after purchase and ask to exchange it for the correct one.

If these two programs vary in price, please re-purchase the correct program within 30 days and then forward the order receipt to the Service Team, and we will refund you the wrong order.

  1. What should I do when I purchase twice?

  1. Is there any difference between the trial version and the paid version?

With the trial version, you can only download 3 songs for each service. After you purchase the paid version, such limitations are removed, but for each streaming service, there's a 300 download cap per day to prevent your streaming account from being blocked by the streaming provider.

  1. Can I purchase a one-year license?

Yes, now our products are sold as Yearly subscription licenses and Lifetime licenses. You can purchase it per your need.

  1. I just renewed the license. Why does it still say expired?

Please exit the software first.

Right-click on it to install it as administrator and then apply your account to activate/authorize the option(s) you have.

  1. When there is a new module release in the future, do I need to purchase it?
