The MusicFab Team provides multilingual support via email. Customers who write to us in English, German, or Japanese will receive a response within 48 hours, while those who write in other languages can expect a reply within 2 to 7 business days.
2. Where I can find the response?
You can find your submited message and response from our Ticket system in your member center. You need to create an accout first if you are not our member.
